I have updated my forge to latest version since it had come out. The mod still doesn't work and when I press middle-click nothing is sorted. How do I fix this???

i tried on a vanilla server, it doesn't sort inventory or chests, but i would expect it at least sorting the player's inventory, since other people can't see it

Update- middle click works on chests, not player inventory.

the first version i downloaded was v15.3.0 from curseforge for minecraft 1.14.4
middle mouseclick sorting worked on that version.

now the recommended version on curseforge (which is v 16.0) can only sort chests and can sort inventory only when you have a chest open.
but if you open inventory occassionally without a chest, it won't sort inventory.
(and i am playing on my single player world. its not a server)

Still not working as of 9/21/2019. Sorting does not work in personal inventory either with default middle mouse button or with custom assigned button via keybinding. This applies to the most current version:

inventorysorter-1.14.4-16.1.0.jar

Have the same issue with the latest build. No matter the key bind still no sort in inventory OR chests.

@crotin1111 - some people don't have a choice bc they have 1.14.4 servers.

Also, seems weird to label something as a Release instead of beta or alpha release that wasn't even smoke-tested. No judgement, but it'd be nice if initial releases were alpha or beta till the community has a chance to look them over (or someone).

Can confirm this affects multiplayer as well (which you'd expect given it's got issues in SP, but I thought I'd throw in that information). Was using MC 1.14.4 - Forge 28.1.10
