The arrows are named "Straight to the Point", and it is a stack of 50. Attempting to dump these into a chest of arrows ivia X causes the game to hang and stop responding.

Modlist is Zyin's, Optifine, Schematica (with Lunatrius dependency), and Inventory tweaks. All mods are current for 1.8 as well as Java.

No crash log as Minecraft stops responding.

Can anyone else reproduce?

Could it be an issue with the "prior work" system? I removed the name and it still hung on attempting to quick deposit.

Please include the exact version (or the full fml log which includes all versions), as there are many possible versions for 1.8.
