Typos wipe the config files

If you forget to close an element in the tree file, InvTweaks wipes both files completely to their default, saving no backups.

This is FTB:MageQuest (MC 1.7.10, InvTweaks 1.58-147-645ca10)

They should be backed up, but sometimes that seems to not work correctly.

I haven't been able to figure out why yet.
