Sorting should consider offhand as part of hotbar

Minecraft Version: 1.10.2
Inventory Tweaks Version: Latest source 2d9a7c1

Sorting one's inventory does not fill the offhand with items. I often mine with torches in my off hand, and have to manually put more torches into the offhand slot.

Also being able to access the offhand with sorting rules in general would be awesome!
