I made a small change to invtweaks for 1.7.10 for personal use to allow sorting rules by item name, and people seemed to like it, so I thought I would suggest merging it. I don't have any dev environment set up and PRs can only use the head of a branch, while this is just a single commit, so I'm just submitting it here. It's pretty simple, but makes doing sorting rules much easier.

If I recall correctly the item rule basically is just instead of the normal item name you put the name in quotation marks. Sorry if some of these descriptions aren't helpful, I haven't touched this in a while.
