On the server I play on we have a creative and survival world. On survival mode I frequently sort inventories, but on creative mode middle click is useful because it lets you duplicate a stack of items. When I switch to creative and test redstone contraptions like item sorting systems, I often have to switch that off.

To simplify things, I'd like to request an option to have separate options for enableMiddleClick depending on your gamemode.
