As in #55, allowing inventory sorting while arbitrary containers are open can lead to incorrect behavior because the generic determination of the inventory section is not always valid.

Some containers do not contain the player inventory (i.e, NEI recipe displays), while others contain it, but not at the end of the slot list where it is assumed to be if not overridden by API for that specific container due to all vanilla containers and most mod containers following the general convention of adding custom slots before the inventory.
