Gon spell Unable to Target Mobs (as well as Broken Description)

Version: invoke-1.1.3+1.21.1
Issue: Gon spell cannot target mobs to deal damage. In addition, description's damage value is unable to be shown (which shows {damage} instead). Probably has something to do with a missing action "damage" type for the Gon spell compared to the other invocation spells.
Gon has recently had its damage portion removed, now simply buffing your
arcane damage
Conversely, the other basic spells no longer buff their respective school
This was done to lower damage in general for invocations, but not for
arcane, due to the intent for it to be the highest single target school
