1.19.2 The latest version of Iris will have texture mapping errors with all SEUS、HRR 3‘s parallax map and motion blur

What happened?

After my many tests, only the new version 1.19.2 of Iris has this problem on all SEUS (continuum is its own problem), while the old version of 1.17.1 does not, this is definitely a bug.
Physics mod
In addition to this I also found a problem with the Parallax Mapping on SEUS HRR 3
Entities such as 3D particles in Physics Mod will have texture errors.
If HRR 3 has parallax mapping turned on, it will produce black pixel jitter where the edge of the screen intersects the parallax square。to be clear, this is not a big issue.
BUT,if you On motion blur,Black pixels will be motion blurred and flickering will greatly affect the experience.Also tested in Optifine, no same problem.
Texture mapping errors with SEUS occur in all SEUS shaders I've tried (including Renewed, E12, HRR 2.1, HRR 3, E12)
I guess it may be because of the update of the parallax map that the first batch of SUES supporting parallax is abnormal, because we also know that SUES has not been updated for a long time and will not be updated for a long time.

It seems that in HRR 3, a texture or parallax bug also caused problems with all block particle textures.
Also no errors in Optifine
