What happened?
AstraLex is not applied because Iris can't add colors to the shader name.

Your Java installation or operating system is improperly configured. The default charset Java uses is not in sync with what your OS is using. Iris isn't responsible for this crash and it appears to solely be caused by dragging and dropping this file on to Minecraft. All we could really do here is add a warning of the issue.
Consider adjusting the -Dfile.encoding property passed to Java to see if that fixes the system configuration issue.
