[Texture Pack] Some packs display textures incorrectly with shaders on

What happened?
When using Complementary Shaders and Faithless texture pack, I get a glitch as shown below:
This bug doesn't show up when using Optifine or when shaders are off.

I also have these issues but I don't use shaders and when I disabled iris the problems persisted. I think it's either an issue with the pack or another mod like sodium if you are using that.
