Iris Shaders Runs Unstable In Uhd Graphics

What happened?
i installed the iris mod because only this shaderspack mod can support fabric mod and replay mod. when using this mod the fps in the game is a less bad and very unstable fps than optifine. is this because iris mod is not stable on intel uhd? because many people who use other graphics cards including my friend feel the increase in fps except for me. i have already tried all of the soidum setting and iris mod but i a less bad fps and unstable fps. (below is the screenshoot optifine, and sodium)
