Iris should deselect a shader if it results in a game crash

What happened?
When playing on an M1 mac, some shaders will crash the game as soon as they're loaded. This means that, when you select a broken shader, the game will crash and fail to launch again until you manually adjust the config file entry.
Instead I would expect iris to deselect the shader automatically if it crashes the game.

Additional context
I've never tried this on windows, because all of my shaders just work, but I suspect the same issue would occur.
If it's been a while since you last played (as was my situation), it can be quite confusing and make you think that iris just doesn't work on M1 (or something like that).
