What happened?

I just downloaded and had Iris working, however when I opened Minecraft, then every mod that I had installed wouldn't load. It did take a few attempts of "optifine" and "update" errors but it finally worked. It wont acknowledge mods such as Essential, Mod Menu, Farmers Delight, Create Fabric. However, the file associated with it has changed from fabric-loader-0.14.24-1.19.2 to iris-fabric-loader-0.14.24-1.19.2
