Rendering bug with some shaderpacks in nether with Minecraft 1.21 version

What happened?
A weird shadow artifact appears in nether with the latest realease on some shaderpacks like Sildur' enhanced default. it doesn't appear when using the same shaderpack with older versions of iris like iris-1.7.0+mc1.20.4
it also disappear when removing shadows
I'm running iris with fabric and sodium
