Incompatibility with Better End/Nether

What happened?
Better End applies an emissive texture on top of their blocks to force them to automatically work with shaders.
This is all fine and dandy until you try to actually give the blocks correct properties.
The waving effect will only be applied to the emissive overlay and not the rest of the block which looks quite bad.
