Changing the DH LOD render distance causes water to stop rendering in LODs when using shaders.

What happened?
I created a mod called WynnVista that changes the LOD render distance depending on what area of the map you are in for the server Wynncraft. I discovered this bug while developing the mod but it still happens when manually changing the LOD render distance. If the LOD render distance is changed with shaders active all water stops rendering in LODs while using any shader pack.
