Distant Horizons getting disabled when shader is on

What happened?
Distant Horizons LOD chunks are not rendering with shaders. Works fine if shaders are turned off.
Minecraft version: 1.20.1 (Fabric)
Distant Horizons version: 2.2.1-a
Iris version: 1.7.5+mc1.20.1
Noteworthy log:

Seems that there is an issue with the macOs version, from what I see here https://www.answeroverflow.com/m/1286481776994418740#solution-1287529956892606575 there may be a fix coming, but I don't know how we can take advantage of it.
