What happened?

Right as I load iris it sends The error "Shader-Pack failed to load."

Your version of the RenderPearl shaderpack is very out of date. Can you reproduce the issue with the latest version? Currently seems to be https://modrinth.com/shader/renderpearl/version/2.2.0-beta.3
