The sun renders incorrectly during sunrise and sunset

What happened?

During sunset, the sun appears to be obstructed by fog. This isn't a sodium issue, as when I ran the game only using sodium, it renders normally.
Steps to reproduce:

  • Set the time between 12500 and 13000
  • The sun appears to render behind the "fog"
