Reproduction Steps

  1. New instance within Prisim
  2. Select Fabric mod loader version 0.16.10
  3. Select 1.21.4 Minecraft (tried all 1.21.x version with the same error
  4. Edit instance, select Mods -> Download Mods
  5. Use Modrinth and select Sodium and Iris Shaders mods.
  6. Select Shader packs -> Download Shaders, select Photon Shader v1.1
  7. Launch the game.
  8. Options -> Video Settings -> Shader Packs -> select Photon -> Apply.
  9. Single player, play world.

Iris encountered an issue trying to load the shader; please report this to Iris developers.

Tried Complementary Reimagined r5.4 Shader instead of Photon. Still had "Iris encountered an issue trying to load the shader" but the shader did appear to work ok.

New logs attached if they help.
