What happened?

I am the developer of Xdi8Aho Mod. Yesterday, I received a bug report that when Xdi8Aho Mod (fabric-1.21.4-3.0.0-beta1) and Iris Shaders Mod (fabric-1.8.8+mc1.21.4) were installed on Minecraft 1.21.4 at the same time, the texture images of Symbol Stone S and Symbol Stone N were missing, showing as purple-black squares.
However, only these two blocks have the bug. The other blocks render normally, and when the Iris Mod is not installed, these two blocks also render normally.

Through testing, I can confirm that the bug is caused by Iris Shaders. The textures files are not correctly recognized by Iris. Though the images are actually in the resource pack, the game cannot render them. The locations of them are assets/firefly8/textures/block/symbol_stone_s.png and assets/firefly8/textures/block/symbol_stone_n.png.
Since the new version of the Xdi8Aho Mod has not been released publicly, I submitted the file as an attachment in the issue. Fabric API (0.107.0+) and Architectury API (15.0+) are needed for the mod.

This is likely because they have the _s and _n suffix in the name, which Iris interprets as normal and specular textures. To fix it, rename those textures to something else; Iris can't do anything.
