Shaders Causing Car Models to Disappear ( Ultimate Car Mod )

What happened?
Downloaded the Ultimate Car Mod from henklemax ( version 1.21.5-1.0.35 ), and when used with shaders, they cause the models of the cars to disappear completely. Simply a matter of enabling & disabling them.
