What happened?

Going to iris option shows no buttons. Going there from main menu works.
It depends if AppleSkin is turned off or on.

I have tried removing many mods, including performance, hud mods, but it would take me forever to do it one by one.

Having same issue for Neoforge 1.21.1. The menu CAN be opened from the title screen, but opening it in-game doesn't render the ui. You can still interact with the buttons however.

Edit: I also have Fancymenu installed like this fellow here. Not sure if that's related
