[Fabric]: White squares in the nether

What happened?
This visual bug appeared after 1.21.5 update.
It happens when you're in the nether and have an item in your hand or you're hands-free. If it doesn't appear at first, you have to move the camera.
The bug appeared with a stone sword, flint and steel, spyglass and two spawn eggs (I didn't test with more items)
The bug DIDN'T appear with blocks or other placeable items like torches (I didn't test with more blocks or more placeable items).

Additional context
When I took the screenshot, my game had more mods but the bug was still present when testing without the other mods.
No shaders were applied.
