[1.17.1] Huge fps drops after some time with shaders turned off

What happened?
After turning off shaders and playing without them for some time (about 30 - 40 minutes every time) i get huge fps drops that makes my game unplayable. It drops to about 5 fps and it stays like that until i restart the whole game.
