Reproduction Steps

Install Fabric + Iris
Spawn a creeper
Summon a lighting bolt.
Watch Task Manager as committed memory goes up until you crash , and your system becomes unstable / crashes other apps with it.

It crashes faster the more glowing entities you have.

Crash Report file and latest.log

N/A - Crashes without log due to running out of memory.

Additional context

This issue also crashes when you try to spawn wither and don't kill it in time.

This is a known bug, with an open issue already, and a fix is actively being worked on, but takes quite a large amount of time.

For transparency are you able to link the github issue # , I couldn't find it that's why I opened this issue.
