Refactor entire mod.

Heavily refactor internals:

• Add integration to library mod (gr8peLib)
  • Add ability for opened/closed and dyed backpacks to exist visually.
• More flexibility for upgrade creation (non-breaking additions need to be possible)
• Cleanup of messy internal code/pay code debt
• Much nicer IB API

I believe this has been solved.
