Issue Description:

why is this question needed? isn't the following questions good enough? what am i expected to write?

What happens:

Item does not get crafted by compression upgrade, unless it is picked up by filter upgrade.

What you expected to happen:

items that goes into the backpack gets crafted no matter how they entered it.

Steps to reproduce (important):

1. craft a compression upgrade and a basic filter upgrade with a gold backpack (storage emphasis)
2. shift-right click backpack, put redstone in both compression upgrade slot 1 and filter slot 1
3. open backpack, shift click a stack of redstone in my inventory into backpack, nothing happens
4. click on a stack of redstone in my inventory, move my cursor inside the backpack with redstone selected, click again to put redstone into my backpack, nothing happens.
5. drop a stack of redstone on the ground, walk to it, open backpack, they are crafted into redstone blocks.

Affected Versions (Do not use "latest"):

• Minecraft: 1.10.2
• Forge: 2185
• Other Conflicting Mods (may be irrelevant to your issue): none
