[1.12.1] Possible to place torch on chest while holding non-placeable item.

If you have a torch in your off-hand and a non-placeable item in your primary hand, and you then hold shift and right click on an IronChest chest it will place a torch directly on the chest, unlike vanilla chest's where it will place it beside the chest.
