[Bug] Chests break then reappear and break on their own

Version Information

Minecraft: 1.18.2
Forge: 40.2.0
Iron Chests: 13.2.11

Report Information

When breaking chests (they don't have a specified tool tag to break : #279) and they will reappear momentarily then break on their own.
Also vein-mining doesn't seem to work on them

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Place a chest (from the mod)
  2. Try to break it
  3. The bug happens

I think I made a mistake and refined storage might be causing this issue, if you can confirm this pls tell me so that I can report this to them or if you can see what might be causing this from the logs make a more specific report yourself. I will close this issue.
