[1.9.4] Chest orientation wrong after leaving and coming back

If I go a bit of a distance away and come back, the chest will be facing south. No errors appear in the logs.

Using ironchest-1.9.4-6.0.141.783.jar, and forge-1.9.4-12.17.0.1954-universal.jar in MC 1.9.4.
