Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In many modpacks ive played, jetpacks from your mod have been to go-to for flight all the way up until the very very endgame.
Building with them(In this case im talking about the higher tiers, diamond+, and modded variant such as ones from allthemods) is extremely annoying as either you lower the throttle to the lowest possible to avoid feeling like youre constantly sliding on ice with every minute adjustment you make to your postion, or you have to land in the correct position, and only move forward/backward to avoid the inertia

I understand the theme of the mod and jetpacks typically do have inertia in other pieces of media, but please consider adding modular upgrades applied via smithing table or other means, with one of them being an upgrade that cancels inertia(if youre familiar with 1.12 draconic, they had a similar upgrade for their armor), or at the very least reduce it so building while flying via hover mode is an enjoyable experience

Describe alternatives you've considered
If upgrades as ive proposed are too much work/too hard(i have absolutely - programming experience so i have no idea if what im asking for is viable in the first place) then adding a config option with a scalable value, or just a flat true false so the character stops moving as soon as input ends works
