Jet pack arent showing in server

Not sure what you're referring to with that tag as there isn't an item added by IJ with the id ironjetpacks:plate_iron. As to why the jetpacks aren't loading I'm not quite sure since there's no errors in the logs from what I can tell. Are there files in /config/ironjetpacks/jetpacks on the server?

No files are there in the directory

If the mod is installed on the server those files should be generated. Try deleting the /config/ironjetpacks folder, or manually copying all of the JSON files from the client to the server.
