[Bug] When I disable the Dynamic Jewelry Loot, all the loot was removed

Observed behaviour
When I closed the Dynamic Jewelry Loot, all the loot was removed
Expected behaviour
Just disable the loot for that mod.
Steps to reproduce
1.open config file
2.disable the Dynamic Jewelry Loot(=false)

Single Player
Crashlog
none
Mod version
1.21.1
Forge version
neoforge_21.1.188
Other mods
Only the mod and its precursor
Crashlog Check
- I understand if this is a crashbug and I did not attach a crashlog, this will not be handled
