[Bug] Functional blocks do not show up in creative inventory

Expected behaviour
They should appear, but they are only obtained through crafting or commands

open inventory
i think it's a mod conflict
when I load the mod only if they appear

if it's a mod compat issue, there's nothing i can do about someone bricking the entire creative tab loading event. if you can isolate what mod causes it, you can send them a bug report.
no current plans to look into this but ill leave it open for if you want to find the root mod causing the problem
