[Bug] Wisps freeze in place if their target no longer exists.

Observed behaviour
Wisps will freeze in place if their target no longer exists by the time they're casted.
I did list 2 different mod versions but the observed behavior is unchanged between the 2 versions.
Expected behaviour
The wisp should go to the last location of the target and disappear, like it does with targets that die after they've been summoned
Steps to reproduce
- Cast a Wisp on a target that is about to despawn (Death, Unsummoning pets, any kind of despawn)
- It should freeze in place for eternity, or atleast until it gets punched.
