Observed behaviour

I play in a server with some friends and mods version 1.20.1, and i am using securitycraft and iron n spellbooks and in securitycraft there is a block that prevents teleportation, but i noticed that i can still tp with spellbooks so i reported a bug report to security craft but they say that is a spellbook bug

Expected behaviour

i expected the securitycraft block(rift stabilizer) to prevent the spellbook teleportation

Steps to reproduce

1. place a rift stabilizer and configure it to affecto you to
2. try to tp with any spellbook tp spell
