Observed behaviour

When the oxygen bar appears the mana bar gets moved to the bottom, below the inventory bar

Expected behaviour

I believe the mana bar is suposed to move above the oxygen bar or cover it completely

Steps to reproduce

1. Get underwater
2. Cast any spell to view the mana bar
3. Bar goes to the bottom of the screen
