[Bug] Menu's Broken in 1.21 - Multi Mod Conflict

Observed behaviour
After installing Irons Spells and Spellbooks the game main menu's no longer appear once you enter a world.
Instead of displaying the main menu (Video Settings, Sound Settings, Controls, Save, etc) the screen just becomes fuzzy, the menu still "works" if you click where the buttons are supposed to be except for the fact that the buttons and menu just don't appear
Expected behaviour
When you hit Esc after entering a world you will be presented with the main menu to adjust settings and controls

- Create a World or Enter an existing World
- Press Esc to attempt to open the main menu

I've run out of time today to complete isolating the issue however have narrowed it down that several mods work well individually but conflict with Iron's Spell Book when it's added (but only if they all exist at the same time)

Are the ones isolated so far, if all are present there is no main menu but if you remove any of them then the menu returns. There is still at least 1 more mod affecting the list as if only those 8 (including dependencies) are present the menu still appears

The shot above is what happens after hitting Esc to open the menu, instead of the menu appearing it just gets fuzzy but if you were where the buttons are supposed to be they seem to work (Such as clicking where quit is)
I will continue trying to narrow down the mods as time permits
@iron431 I included screenshots and have also completed isolating the minimum number of mods needed to reproduce (Main post updated).
The mods affecting the issue each work well individually or as a group but conflict with Iron's Spell Book when it's added (but only if they all exist at the same time), I'm not sure that the issue is solely with Iron's Spell Book as if I remove any of those from the list and leave Iron's Spell Book in the menu still appears.
The issue only occurs if those 26 mods (count includes dependencies) are loaded at the same time, if any of them (other then dependencies for obvious reasons) are removed everything functions normally.
As I said I'm not sure if this is really an issue with Iron's Spell Book itself since the mod works if any of those other 25 mods are removed but for some reason the 26 together cause a "perfect storm" that breaks the menu but any combination of the 25 out 26 mods still works.
If you need an easy way to "reproduce" said issue, just install the latest version of the modpack 'All The Mods 10'.

Just disable menu blur which was introduced in 1.21
