Observed behaviour

Eldritch blast maintains same damage after changing spell power through server config and /attribute for spell_power and eldritch_spell_power.

Expected behaviour

Eldritch blast's damage should scale with server config's spell power, and spell power attributes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Learn and equip eldritch blast to a spellbook.
2. Adjust eldritch blasts spell power through server config, or adjust eldritch spell power/spell power through any means.
3. The damage remains the same. NOTE: the description changes accordingly to represent the expected damage number.
