Observed behaviour

Today's bug report!
I've been using various mods for Minecraft for the past 3 days, and the synthesis machine anvil and alchemy kiln have been turning into barrels, and when I destroy them with a pickaxe, they turn into alchemy kilns... I'm a bit surprised.
I'd be very grateful if you could fix it so that I can use them properly... Thank you!

Expected behaviour

I hope the bugs are fixed properly and that the items can be used again.

Steps to reproduce

I've been up since three days ago, and the alchemy kiln and synthesis machine anvil I was using have turned into barrels.
I can't use them by right-clicking them, and if I break them with a pickaxe or something, they don't go back to normal, but turn into different items like the alchemy kiln.
