Observed behaviour
The VFX when casting lightning lance appears on the off hand after blocking with a shield.
Expected behaviour
The VFX when casting lightning lance to be on my main hand rather than the off-hand.
Steps to reproduce
- Block with a shield
- Cast Lightning Lance
- Observe
