Observed behaviour

The staves are not enchantable at all when using an enchanting table.

Expected behaviour

Tested in ISS 1.20.1-3.1.1, staves were enchantable normally. No changelog entry at "iron.wiki" hints at disabling their enchantability in between the two versions, hence why I posted this as a bug. Could be an oversight in the changelogs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to enchant any staff in enchanting table
2. It will show "Limited Enchantability" message, preventing you from enchanting it at all (regardless of bookshelves)

yeah seems to be a neoforge discrepancy, will have to look into it
