[Bug] UI Tool Tip Flickering

Observed behaviour
In inventories and with REI/JEI/EMI, the tool tip bubble will flicker.
I have been trying to nail down what was causing this seeing as my 1.20.1 mod list never had the issue but I came across 'Iron Spells' and it was a done deal. Everything is Vanilla+ vibes and very well done! While going over all the mods I thought may have been causing the issue (Curios, Relics, Artifacts etc.) other UI tweaking mods and when I add/removed your mod as well as the 'Player-Animator (v2.0.1)' the issue showed up/was gone respectively.
I went over some of the possible and tried not having 'Immediately Fast' installed but that did not solve the issue.
I also read that the 'Player-Animator' has been the culprit of issues in the past but I'm only speculating and have no grounds to assume it is causing the problem.
I appreciate you making such an incredible mod that genuinely feels like it could have been in the game naturally!

- Open inventory
- Mouse over an item

- I understand if this is a crashbug and I did not attach a crashlog, this will not be handled

[UPDATE] Turns out the mod 'What Are They Up To 1.21.0-1.2.3 (watut)' was the culprit. The Dev just dropped an update that outlined the issue I was having as a reason for updating. Something to do with 'neoforges guilayers feature'.
At the moment the issue is resolved! Wanted to make sure I reached out once I saw that and let you know that my issue is not something to focus on! I again very much appreciate you for the amazing movement you have created! 🤗
