Feature description

Option (or default) to hide non level 1 scrolls from JEI and add a info note about crafting 2 scrolls of the same tier to level them up, to debloat the JEI search when filtering it for the mod.

How it improves the player experience

thins the JEI menu when searching the mod allowing a more comprehensive search.
