Observed behaviour

I am currently setting up a modpack for a multiplayer server, and I experienced this crash when playing in singleplayer. What i assume to be the mana potion (I don't actually know what it's called, as it crashes my game instead of showing me the item name, but It shows up when I search "mana" in the creative menu) is crashing my game. i'm not sure if this applies to other potions, and I'm also fairly certain that the problem is likely a result of another mod I have, but I'm not too sure. But when I hover over the potion item, my game immediately crashes. This does in fact work with other potions, as well as other modded potions, at least from my testing. I'm also using modrinth, if that's at all related.

Expected behaviour

I expected to be shown the potion name, stats, and description just like any other potion that you hover over in the creative menu.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a creative world in singleplayer
2. Open the creative menu and search: mana
3. hovering over any of the blue potions crashes the game
