[Bug] Frost Ring noite in multiplayer

Observed behaviour
Everytime someone use the Frost Ring (the ring that gives immunity to cold), a loud noise of shattering ice play for anyone near the user, except the user himself. I tested the origin of this sound and it only stops when i mute every player sound.
Expected behaviour
No sound played when the ring is used
Steps to reproduce
Take the Ring of Frost Resistance
Put then in the Curios ring slot
Any player near the user hear this sound

Single Player

No response
