[Bug] Boreal Blade is unenchantable

Observed behaviour
When attempting to enchant the boreal blade with an anvil, enchanting table, or /enchant, the game does not acknowledge it as able to support any sword enchantments or generic enchantments (unbreaking and mending).
Expected behaviour
The sword should be able to be enchanted with the typical sword/generic enchantments
Steps to reproduce
- Open the game
- Load a world using the latest verion
- do /enchant @s sharpness 5 or /enchant @s unbreaking 3
- The enchantment cannot be applied

This weapon is missing all pertinent tags. Should have standard sword tags, tools tags, and enchantable tags
