[Bug] Cryomancer Tower has invalid 'Mixed Potion' on the bottom level

Observed behaviour

The potion that appears on the pedestal on the bottom level of the Cryomancer tower is labeled as a 'Mixed Potion' and has no potion contents component (found out when the Potion Descriptions mod crashed, will alert them as well).

Expected behaviour

Potion is, well, an actual potion of some sort.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to a Cryomancer Tower
  2. Find the potion on the bottom level
  3. Look at it.
